We use a next-generation vegan leather — a plant-based material crafted from corn and wheat sources that do not interfere with the food chain.
It goes through an innovative process that transforms natural resources into a durable, high-performance material used by leading fashion and luxury brands worldwide.
Why does this matter?
Because most wearable bands are made from synthetic materials that contain PFAS — so-called "forever chemicals" that persist in the environment and accumulate in the body. Our vegan leather is PFAS-free and OEKO-TEX® certified for skin safety. You wear your WHOOP around the clock. What touches your skin should be held to the highest standard.
